Our BMX Pre-National Coaching Sessions are designed to prepare riders for the demands of the National Series, focusing on race readiness, speed, and decision making under pressure. These sessions replicate real race conditions and progressively build intensity to ensure riders peak at race speed.
Riders will work on optimal race lines, efficient gate starts, and key race scenarios including first straight battles, passing opportunities, and defensive riding. Coaching will emphasise consistency, explosiveness, and tactical awareness, helping riders translate training performance into race day results.
Sessions are structured to increase intensity throughout, allowing riders to adapt physically and mentally while maintaining quality and control.
