STRENGTH PROGRAM

    This is not generic programming. This is elite level Strength & Conditioning built from real experience inside world class sporting environments. I have worked within the Manchester City FC Academy system and currently support athletes within the British Cycling National School of Racing Foundation Programme; delivering long term athletic development that actually transfers to performance.

FULL PROGRAM

  • This is complete BMX performance support; combining elite level Strength & Conditioning with professional on bike coaching across BMX track sessions and sprint development. Every programme is built specifically around the rider’s age, ability, race calendar, and goals; no templates, no copy and paste plans.

    On bike sessions focus on gate starts, sprint mechanics, track craft, and race execution, ensuring physical gains from the gym directly translate to faster, more confident riding on the track. Strength & Conditioning underpins this with structured athletic development; improving power, speed, robustness, and long term performance.

    This programme is delivered using the same principles applied within elite performance pathways, supported by experience working with national level riders and athletes in world class environments. Riders receive ongoing coach support, technical feedback, and regular review to ensure consistent progression.
